Prior to starting my own business as a career ownership coach with the Entrepreneur’s Source, I worked in the credit union industry for 25 years. During my credit union career, I worked in various roles including retail branch manager and area manager. I have always been passionate about helping others be their best. I spent a considerable amount of my career coaching my teams around their careers and developing their greatest skills.
After many years in the industry, I did not agree with many of the corporate decisions being made and found myself in a position where my greatest skills and talents were no longer being utilized. I was in fact experiencing battered career syndrome. It was at this point that I began to embark on a journey to figure out what my career 2.0 would be.
Today as a career ownership coach with the Entrepreneur’s Source, I help individuals explore their next career. I am passionate about helping my clients find their career 2.0.
